A service level agreement (SLA) is a standard component of the overall service contract between the customer and Xogenous where the level of service required by the customer is formally defined. It is a negotiated agreement where one is the customer and the other is the service provider. This is a legally binding formal “contract”.
The SLA records a common understanding about services, priorities, responsibilities, guarantees, and warranties to be provided in the Scope of Work. The SLA specifies the levels of availability, serviceability, performance, operation, or other attributes of the service provided by Xogenous along with the requirements of the customer, such as billing.
